USC Discover Day Presentation Awards - Shanieka Staley and Dr. Archana Saxena

Congratulations to Shanieka Staley (Ph.D. graduate student) and Dr. Archana Saxena (postdoctoral fellow) for winning poster awards at the 2023 USC Discover Day! Shanieka Staley was among the graduate student award winners for her poster entitled, “Role of gram-negative bacterial species Bacteroides acidifaciens (BA) in the promotion and/or progression of colitis”. Dr. Archana Saxena won a poster award in the postodoctoral session with her poster entitled, “I3C Alleviate Ulcerative Colitis by Improving Intestinal Epithelial Barrier Function via AhR/IL-22 Pathway in Colonic Epithelial Cells“.
