M.S. Defense and Ph.D. Acceptance - Kasie Roark

Kasie Roark (mentor: Dr. Philip Brandon Busbee) successfully defended her M.S. thesis, entitled “Exploration Into the Relationship Between Colitis and Depression:  A Potential Role for the Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor“. Kasie will receive her Masters degree in Biomedical Sciences in the Applied Biotechnology program at USC School of Medicine. Kasie has also been accepted into the Integrated Biomedical Sciences (IBS) Ph.D. program at USC School of Medicine for the Fall 2023 semester. Congratulations, Kasie!!
